📌 Your Role as a Senior Back-End Engineer

As part of our Fintech team, you will:

✅ Develop & Scale microservices (mostly in Ruby) to handle millions of daily requests.
✅ Improve Payments & Finance Systems to ensure smooth transactions, taxation, and financial reporting.
✅ Collaborate & Innovate with engineers and product managers to improve the payment experience, pricing, and financial administration.
✅ Optimize Performance through data-driven experimentation, A/B testing, and real-time monitoring.
✅ Mentor Junior Engineers and foster collaboration across teams.

🔍 Who Are We Looking For?

We seek passionate engineers who thrive on learning, building, and problem-solving. If you meet these qualifications, we’d love to hear from you!

🔹 5+ years of software development experience, particularly in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
🔹 Experience in designing & deploying scalable backend services with a focus on high availability, low latency, and consistency.
🔹 A strong background in collaborating within cross-functional teams.
🔹 Previous mentorship experience and a willingness to help grow junior engineers.
🔹 A solid understanding of how engineering impacts business and product performance.
🔹 Ability to write clear documentation (RFCs) and evaluate alternative solutions.
🔹 Fintech experience or a strong interest in the financial technology sector.
🔹 Fluent in English (our official company language).
