A state-owned enterprise is seeking qualified and passionate individuals to join its Air Traffic Services as an Air Traffic Control Assistant (ATCA)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and process flight plans using the ATS Message Handling System (AMHS).
Coordinate air traffic information with Flight Information Regions (FIRs) and Air Traffic Service Units (ATSU) as per set procedures.
Update and oversee flight plans (FPL) using the Flight Data Processor (FDP).
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Duty Air Traffic Controller.

Qualification & Experience Required:

Must be a Ghanaian citizen.
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Sciences, ICT, Engineering, Mathematics, or possess a Pilot’s License.
Age Requirement:

Maximum 27 years for general applicants.
Maximum 32 years for those with relevant professional aviation qualifications (Pilot’s License).
Must meet ICAO Annex 1 Class 3 Medical Standards for physical and medical fitness.
Must be free of psychoactive substance abuse, as assessed by the organization’s aviation medical examiners.
