💼 Position: Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d)

📝 Your Responsibilities:
- 🌟 Lead the development & execution of core engineering projects.
- 🎨 Continuously improve design, cost, quality, and functionality.
- 📈 Adapt engineering solutions to specific customer requests.
- 💡 Support the sales team in defining innovative engineering solutions.
- 🚀 Manage engineering execution with our subsidiary in India & external partners.
- 🛠️ Ensure efficient modeling and detailed engineering.
- 📑 Work closely with project managers, procurement teams, workshops, commissioning personnel, and subcontractors.
- 🏭 Occasionally visit production sites for operational insights.
👥 Your Qualifications:
- 🎓 Degree in Engineering (Technical University, BSc or MSc).
- 🛠️ Several years of experience in mechanical equipment development or engineering.
- 🌐 Strong expertise in general plant design & engineering.
- 💪 Proactive and independent work approach.
- 🔄 Excellent communication & project management skills.
- 🏆 CAD proficiency (preferably AutoCAD and Inventor).
- 🌍 Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- 🚀 Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%, sometimes on short notice).
