💼 Position: Maintenance Planner (m/f/d)
🏢 Location: Boden, Northern Sweden
📝 Your Responsibilities:
- 📈 Take ownership of task, resource, and material planning.
- 🌟 Ensure efficient operations by maintaining availability of resources and spare parts.
- 🤝 Work closely with department colleagues, workshop managers, subcontractors, and customers.
- 🔄 Support the planning team consisting of a manager and three planners.
- 🛠️ Be responsible for detailed planning in one of three workshops:
- Mould & Segment
- Cold Rolling
- Hot Rolling
- 🏭 Assist in building up operational processes and local working methods.
👥 Your Qualifications:
- 🎓 Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Logistics.
- 🛠️ Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- 🏆 Strong organizational and planning skills.
- 🔧 Ability to work systematically and independently while excelling in teamwork.
- 🌍 Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
- 💻 Solid IT and computer skills.
- 📊 Practical experience with planning systems (SAP, Maximo, Oracle).
- 🔄 Familiarity with RCA (Root Cause Analysis), KPI (Key Performance Indicators), and CIP (Continuous Improvement Process).
