📝 Key Responsibilities:
- 💡 Provide technical advisory services on implementing the Public Facilities Sustainable Energy Action Plan (PF-SEAP) and national energy efficiency strategy.
- 🌍 Develop financing mechanisms for renewable energy (RE) and energy efficiency (EE) investments.
- 💎 Facilitate mobilization of financial resources from private investors, banks, and multilateral agencies.
- 🛠️ Support implementation of energy efficiency regulations for public and commercial buildings.
- 📑 Supervise training and advisory programs for energy auditors, particularly female auditors.
- 📈 Design and implement awareness campaigns on RE and EE for public sector employees.
- 🤝 Organize technical working group meetings and strengthen cooperation with partner organizations.
- 🌐 Ensure knowledge transfer and public relations engagement.
- 📊 Monitor and evaluate project activities, including reporting to stakeholders and donors.
👥 Qualifications & Experience:
- 🎓 Master’s degree in Energy, Environmental, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 🛠️ Additional qualifications in renewable energy and energy efficiency are an advantage.
- 📈 Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- 🌿 Strong knowledge of international energy efficiency, renewable energy, and climate finance policies.
- 🌐 Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- 💻 Proficient in modern IT systems (MS Outlook, MS Teams, event planning & management).
- 🏆 Proactive attitude, results-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
