📝 Key Responsibilities:
- 💎 Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- 🌟 Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical and functional solutions across the Microsoft platform.
- 📚 Design, architect, and implement end-to-end industry solutions using Dynamics CE (CRM), Integrations, and Power Platform.
- 👨 Mentor and train junior team members and offshore development teams.
- 💌 Support pre sales activities, solution presentations, and high-level architecture planning.
- 👨💼 Work with C-Suite executives (CTOs, Digital Transformation Officers, etc.) to drive business growth and transformation.
- 🌐 Identify opportunities for industry-specific solution offerings to create a market differentiator.
- 📈 Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- 👥 Stay up-to-date with latest Microsoft features and emerging technologies.
👥 Qualifications & Experience:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 🌟 Minimum 15+ years of experience in implementing large-scale Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) solutions.
- 📈 7-8+ full-scale industry solution implementations using Dynamics CE, Power Platform, and integrations.
- 🛠️ In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules and certifications.
- 💡 Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, RPA, etc.).
- 🌐 Experience in Azure Platform & Integration Services (LogicApps, Functions, Azure Service Bus).
- 🔄 Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, development lifecycle, release management, and data migration.
- 💌 Pre-sales expertise with thought leadership on solution offerings.
- 📏 TOGAF or Zachman Framework certification (preferred).
- 🌐 Multi-region implementation experience across industries like Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Telecom, and Manufacturing.
