A state-owned enterprise is seeking qualified and passionate individuals to join its Air Traffic Services as an Air Traffic Control Assistant (ATCA)
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and process flight plans using the ATS Message Handling System (AMHS).
✅ Coordinate air traffic information with Flight Information Regions (FIRs) and Air Traffic Service Units (ATSU) as per set procedures.
✅ Update and oversee flight plans (FPL) using the Flight Data Processor (FDP).
✅ Perform any additional duties assigned by the Duty Air Traffic Controller.
Qualification & Experience Required:
✔ Must be a Ghanaian citizen.
✔ Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Sciences, ICT, Engineering, Mathematics, or possess a Pilot’s License.
✔ Age Requirement:
- Maximum 27 years for general applicants.
- Maximum 32 years for those with relevant professional aviation qualifications (Pilot’s License).
✔ Must meet ICAO Annex 1 Class 3 Medical Standards for physical and medical fitness.
✔ Must be free of psychoactive substance abuse, as assessed by the organization’s aviation medical examiners.
