Key Responsibilities
✔ Business-to-Business (B2B) Communication – Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams
✔ Project Coordination – Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on key initiatives
✔ Data Analysis & Reporting – Gather insights to improve business operations
✔ Process Optimization – Identify and implement efficiency improvements
✔ Vendor & Client Management – Support partnerships and stakeholder relationships
Requirements
✔ Fluent in English (Written & Verbal)
✔ Strong problem-solving skills & self-motivation
✔ Comfortable with tech tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, etc.)
✔ Available to work U.S. business hours (PST, CST, or EST)
