As a Business Development Representative at Tridge, you’ll be building strong relationships with potential corporate clients in the agri-food sector. Your focus will be on sales engagement, lead generation, and market research to promote Tridge’s Marketbrief intelligence platform and services.

What You’ll Be Doing

βœ… Research & Engage – Identify and reach out to enterprise clients through cold calls, emails, and social media in the agri-food market.
βœ… Market Analysis – Study industry trends, pain points, and intelligence needs within the sector.
βœ… Lead Qualification – Qualify inbound & outbound leads for seamless handover to the sales team.
βœ… Tailored Messaging – Craft compelling value propositions to demonstrate the power of our SaaS solutions.
βœ… Collaboration – Work closely with marketing & sales teams to create targeted campaigns and optimize conversions.
βœ… CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of all activities and prospects using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

🎯 What You Need to Succeed

πŸ”Ή 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in SaaS, tech, or intelligence sales.
πŸ”Ή Strong communication skills – Fluent in Akan (or other indigenous languages), with advanced English skills (both verbal and written).
πŸ”Ή Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with the agri-food sector or data-driven decision-making tools is a plus.
πŸ”Ή Tech-Savvy – Comfortable learning and explaining SaaS solutions and using CRM systems.
πŸ”Ή Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
πŸ”Ή Self-Starter Mentality – Strong desire to connect with others and grow your sales career.
