🔍 Your Role & Responsibilities
✅ Design & Implement Scalable Solutions – Develop robust applications using JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.

✅ Lead & Mentor a High-Performing Team – Guide developers, ensure quality, and drive successful project execution.
✅ Drive Business Development – Identify client needs, position Lumenalta’s offerings, and contribute to proposals & solution scoping.
✅ Own Deliverables & Ensure Impact – Deliver solutions that perform seamlessly and provide measurable business value.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
🔹 6+ years of client-facing experience, with a focus on consulting & business analysis.
🔹 Expertise in architecting scalable solutions and recommending best-fit technologies.
🔹 Strong coding skills across multiple programming languages, frameworks, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
🔹 Proven ability to influence C-Suite decision-makers and align tech solutions with business strategy.
🔹 Experience in business development – proposal creation, solution positioning, and strategic planning.
🔹 Exceptional communication skills – advanced English fluency (both verbal & written).
🔹 Evidence of thought leadership – publications, speaking engagements, or an online portfolio.
