π’ About the Role:
Ericsson is hiring a highly organized and detail-driven Administration Specialist to support core business operations. This role involves financial, HR, compliance, office management, and vendor coordination duties to ensure efficient administrative processes.
π Key Responsibilities:
- Handle financial transactions, tax compliance, and accounts payable.
- Process T&E claims, manage company cards, and invoices.
- Archive financial/contractual documents and support audits.
- Coordinate payroll, benefits, and employee records.
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding and timekeeping.
- Oversee facilities, IT asset allocation, car fleet, and vendor relations.
- Support supplier sourcing, cost allocation, and contract compliance.
- Drive operational improvements and contribute to governance.
π§ What You Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in administration, finance, or HR.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and independent work ethic.
- Knowledge in tax, HR processes, asset management, and vendor contracts.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Tools proficiency: MS Office (incl. Access), SAP, Concur, Ericsson Buyer, VAO, and more.
