Ericsson is hiring a highly organized and detail-driven Administration Specialist to support core business operations. This role involves financial, HR, compliance, office management, and vendor coordination duties to ensure efficient administrative processes.

πŸ›  Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle financial transactions, tax compliance, and accounts payable.
  • Process T&E claims, manage company cards, and invoices.
  • Archive financial/contractual documents and support audits.
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits, and employee records.
  • Manage employee onboarding/offboarding and timekeeping.
  • Oversee facilities, IT asset allocation, car fleet, and vendor relations.
  • Support supplier sourcing, cost allocation, and contract compliance.
  • Drive operational improvements and contribute to governance.

🧠 What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in administration, finance, or HR.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and independent work ethic.
  • Knowledge in tax, HR processes, asset management, and vendor contracts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Tools proficiency: MS Office (incl. Access), SAP, Concur, Ericsson Buyer, VAO, and more.
