Job Description

As the Head of People & Culture, you will provide strategic direction to Country Leadership on all People & Culture (P&C) matters. You will align the P&C strategy for the country with the Group P&C and Group Business Segments strategies. This role involves leading and managing the country’s People & Culture strategy while ensuring the effective delivery of P&C services, policies, and programs. Additionally, you will be a key member of the Country Executive Team, contributing to business leadership at the highest level.

Qualifications

  • Educational Requirement: Post Graduate/Master’s Degree in Business Commerce, Human Resources, or Social Sciences.
  • Experience:
    • At least 5 years in a senior strategic HR role.
    • Over 10 years of leadership experience in Human Resources, working as a strategic partner to business leaders across multiple portfolios and locations.
    • Experience in managing organizational transformation and aligning HR practices with strategic goals.
    • Leadership experience within a multinational company in complex environments.
  • Licenses/Certifications:
    • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) – HRCI/SHRM certification.
    • Chartered Member or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
