Role Summary
The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, control, and management accounts, ensuring adherence to standard accounting policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a First Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- Professional certification (ICA, ACCA, ACIB) is an advantage.
- At least 10 years of finance experience, with 5 years in the financial industry (preferably Rural Banking).
- Proficiency in T-24 Accounting software is required.
Knowledge & Skills
- Deep understanding of banking operations, IFRS reporting standards, and Bank of Ghana regulations.
- Expertise in financial reporting, tax laws, business planning, and labour law practices.
- Knowledge of trends in the financial services industry.
