About the Role
Mantrac Ghana LTD is seeking a skilled and experienced Hose Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic hoses on various machines, ensuring compliance with CAT specifications and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble all types of hydraulic hoses according to CAT specifications.
- Reuse Care reusable fittings following Service Information System (SIS) guidelines.
- Repair and maintain hydraulic hoses on all machines.
- Conduct audit inspections and perform hydraulic diagnosis.
- Install and repair hose tooling and accessories.
- Perform contamination control audits regularly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of HND in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural or MVT III).
- At least 3 years of experience in hose rebuilding within the Mining, Engineering, or Construction industry.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Effective time management.
- Strong IT proficiency.
- A valid Driving License (B or Higher) is required.
