💻 The Role: Machine Learning Engineer (Logistics)
You’ll research, develop, and deploy ML solutions to optimize our logistics network. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to build scalable AI systems.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design & implement ML models (Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Develop RESTful APIs for AI integration.
- Optimize database performance (SQL/NoSQL).
- Deploy & monitor cloud-based ML solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Lead code reviews, debugging, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers & drive best practices.
🔍 Who We’re Looking For
✅ Must-Have Skills
✔ 5+ years in Python backend dev or ML engineering.
✔ Strong ML fundamentals (algorithms, statistics, data mining).
✔ Expertise in TensorFlow/PyTorch, scikit-learn.
✔ Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker/Kubernetes.
✔ Proficiency in APIs, SQL/NoSQL, Kafka (event-driven arch).
✔ Debugging, performance tuning, and CI/CD mastery.
✨ Nice-to-Have
✔ PhD in CS, Stats, or equivalent industry experience.
✔ Shipped at least 1 ML product end-to-end.
✔ Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
