Who Can Apply?
SINGA welcomes international students with excellent academic records and a passion for research. Key requirements include:
- Strong undergraduate and/or master’s results
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Positive academic referee reports
Note: Singaporeans, Permanent Residents, and international students who have studied in Singapore are not eligible.
What Does It Cost to Live in Singapore?
Here’s an estimate of monthly expenses:

How to Apply
- Prepare documents in advance, including:
- Valid passport
- Passport-sized photo
- Academic transcripts and degree certificates
- Two recommendation reports
