  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Positive academic referee reports

Note: Singaporeans, Permanent Residents, and international students who have studied in Singapore are not eligible.

What Does It Cost to Live in Singapore?

Here’s an estimate of monthly expenses:

  • Food: S$250–600
  • Accommodation: S$400–700 (on-campus)

How to Apply

  1. Prepare documents in advance, including:
    • Valid passport
    • Passport-sized photo
    • Academic transcripts and degree certificates
    • Two recommendation reports
  2. Submit your application online via the official SINGA portal.
  3. Ensure referees submit their recommendations before the deadline.

Deadline for January 2026 intake: 1 June 2025 (2359hrs GMT +8).
Shortlisted candidates will be notified within 12 weeks after the closing date.
