Are you a young changemaker working to build a better future? The Z Zurich Foundation is offering a fully funded opportunity for 25 young leaders to attend the One Young World Summit 2025, taking place in Munich, Germany from 3 – 6 November 2025.
This scholarship is open to individuals creating meaningful impact in the fields of mental well-being, climate resilience, or social equity through education, employability, or entrepreneurship.
🌍 Focus Areas
The scholarship supports young leaders actively involved in grassroots projects that address:
- Adapting to Climate Change
- Improving Mental Wellbeing
- Enabling Social Equity
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be aged 18 to 30 at the time of the Summit*
- Show passion for local and global issues
- Have a track record of commitment to creating positive change
- Be open to collaboration with other scholars and Zurich Insurance Group employees
- Demonstrate proven impact in one of Z Zurich Foundation’s focus areas:
- Mental wellbeing
- Climate change adaptation
- Social equity
While most delegates are between 18 and 30, exceptional applicants over 30 may be considered. Applicants under 18 are not eligible.

Selected scholars will receive:
